The ISO 9001:2015 model which has been taken up by the Timarpur assembly office, under MLA Dilip Kumar Pandey ensures the quality management of services provided to all the residents of Timarpur.

THE COMMITMENT TO PROVIDE QUALITY SERVICES TO THE PUBLIC WELFARE INCLUDE

  • Socio-economic development, that includes all small and large scale infrastructural project’s successful and timely execution, with a focus on quality assurance and timely maintenance of projects being executed, in order to ensure an improved quality of life in Timarpur constituency.
  • Proper, de-cluttered communication with constituents of Timarpur, in terms of their grievance redressal, complaints lodged with MLA office, other information requirements, government policy’s communication, future development plans, and any other information, that enhances the user (citizen) experience at large and build its trust in MLA office and the government.
  • Assuring quality (excluding all that falls under the civic bodies i.e., North Delhi Municipal corporation) & safety for all the constituents (that excludes control and implementation of Law & order which falls under Central Government directly).
  • Ensuring successful implementation of Delhi Government’s initiatives, for the betterment of the constituency and its citizens.
  • Providing assistance to constituents encountering communication problems within Government’s different department or different arms of the Government of NCT of Delhi
  • Adopting the culture of focusing and closing any gaps while working in coherence with Delhi Government or Government’s political arm i.e., The Party.
  • Ensuring seamless, regular information (related to events, activities, public functions etc.) dissemination across the Timarpur constituency through Media, Social Media, and various communication platforms available with MLA office.
  • Ensuring on anchoring and improving on the risks to the Party/Delhi Government due to dissatisfaction of the public.
